Richa Chadha’s Insta post reads as:
Designer Anita Dongre sharing the image wrote on her Instagram handle, “THE LUNGS OF THE EARTH ARE ON FIRE!”Followed by a long message.
Bipasha Basu captioned the image as, “Terrifying to think that the Amazon is the largest rain forest on the planet, creating 20% of the earth’s oxygen, basically the lungs of the world, has been on fire and burning for the last 16 days running, with literally NO media coverage whatsoever! Why? #amazonfire #prayforamazonas ”
The #AmazonForest which provides 20% of the oxygen we breathe has been up in flames since the past 3 weeks. It's time to wake up and do something about it before it's too late. Else, bottled oxygen will not remain a reality, but will become a necessity. #PrayForTheAmazon pic.twitter.com/21w16QeHh8
